UAV to be registered 无人机拍摄必须注册申请

1、UAV with camera installed must be registered with no exceptions.

安装了摄像头的无人机必须注册，没有例外。

2、UAV over 2kgs must be registered with no exceptions.

超过2kgs的无人机必须注册，没有例外。

3、Control and take off must always be visible during the flight and Do not control UAV by using camera on aeronautics or other device.

在飞行过程中必须始终可以看到控制和起飞，并且不要使用航空或其他设备上的摄像头来控制无人机。

4、UAV over 25 KGs must receive permission from the Ministry of Transport.

超过25千克的无人机必须得到交通部的许可。

5、Do not fly close to any person, vehicle, construction or buildings at a distance less than 30 meters horizontally.

不可靠近水平距离小于30米的任何人，车辆，建筑物或建筑物飞行。

6、Do not fly higher than 90 meters.

不要飞得高于90米。

7、Do not fly in restricted areas, official or state facilities, or hospitals without authorization.

10、Any act of violation is subjected to punishment of up to 1 year imprisonment, a find of up to 40,000THB or both.

Documents Required：申请所需文件

The person who controls or launches the Unmanned Aircraft shall submit an application for registration to the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand along with the following documents;

遥控或操作飞行无人机的人应向泰国民航局局长提交登记申请以及下列文件;

1.In case of a juristic person, 法人

（a）a certificate of juristic person which includes objectives, place of business, and updated authorized signatory persons, issued by the authority concerned and not more than 30 days since the certificate has been issued;

由有关当局签发并且自证书签发后30天内的法人许可证书，其中包括名称，营业地点和最新的授权签字人;

（b）a list of managing partners or managing directors and authorized regulator (if any)

管理合伙人或董事总经理及授权监管机构名单（如有）

（c）a copy of identification card or passport for a person in (b)

上条中某人的身份证或护照复印件;

（d）a list of the name of the person who controls or launches the Unmanned Aircraft or any other people who require in the operation of the Unmanned Aircraft;

遥控或操作飞行无机的人员名单或任何其他需要操作无人机的人员名单;

（e）a copy of identification card and a copy of registered address as well as a Letter of Consent of people in (d);

身份证复印件及注册地址复印件以及（d）中的遥控操作人员同意书;

（f）model, trademark (brand),serial number, quantity and aircraft performance as well as installed devices;

型号，商标（品牌），序列号，数量和飞机性能以及已安装的设备;

（g）a copy of insurance policy covers damage caused to body, life and third party sum insured amount not less than one million baht per flight;

保险单副本包括对人身，生命和对第三方意外伤害，每次保险金额不低于100万泰铢;

（h）purposes of using Unmanned Aircraft;

使用无人机的目的;

（i）area specified and geographical position to fly;

指定的区域和飞行的地理位置;

（j）contact information of the applicant;
